At Shiela Beauty World, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition.

Delivery Timelines

  • Within Lagos: 24–48 working hours

  • Outside Lagos: 48–72 working hours

Deliveries are made anytime before close of business. Kindly ensure that your phone is reachable during this period to avoid missed deliveries. Please note that a second delivery attempt may attract an additional charge.

Once your order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the products passes to you. We are unable to accept liability for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect delivery address or failure to receive the package at the specified address.

In rare instances, external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or aviation fuel shortages may cause delivery delays. While we will always provide support and assistance, we kindly advise customers to also contact the courier partner (DHL) directly for real-time updates.

Please note that shipments may occasionally arrive earlier than expected — a pleasant surprise we’re always happy to see!
